it is obvious to me, based upon the league's relative indifference towards domestic violence, of the league's lack of concern towards women in general.

October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the NFL was supposed to show their support by wearing pink.  A few players wore pink wristbands, towels and mouthpieces and coaches wore pink ribbons.  Some teams did not participate at all.

However, when it comes to veterans - they're all in.  Players and coaches are wearing camo baseball caps on the sidelines.  Coaches are wearing Army green sweatshirts and camo headphones as well.

Why should the players treat women on the field any differently than they do off the field?  And the NFL brass just shrug their shoulders as usual.

In my mind it is what sells the most
If I bought a NFL hat or jersey it would not be pink but those camo hats probably sell like hot cakes
I think it's about what sells
I am a Vet and cammo for me means soldier  but for millions of men it could mean hunting
Just my 2 cent
