While there are lots of beautiful agency ladies, I find that agency ladies are higher volume than their independent counterparts. That higher volume reflects in the lady's performance. You can only keep a face up for so long before you need a break.
Indies tend to have lower volume, and are more "fresh" for the date.
Just my opinion.

You might find the agency screening process a little easier the first time. If you sign up with one of the verification services like Room Service 2000, that will help you with most of the independent ladies. Just remember, screening is an important process to protect the ladies and yourself. Be patience with the process, and everything will be fine. Use TER to find well reviewed ladies that fit the profile you desire. Treat them well, and they will treat you well.

I keep a great (I think) balance between both, so my personal answer is going to be to use them both for the very benefits they each have. These are my personal reasons for using both, which I am sure are going to draw contrary response, but that is what is wonderful about this board:
An agency is here and now, so if I have some unexpected time, I can always call my favorite agency and get in within an hour or two. Usually that is pretty difficult with an indy, because they do their own booking and typically like to book ahead. Once you use an agency, you are screened, so it is very quick and easy to book an appointment, the benefit being that you can experience variety easier than going through each indy's screening process. (I once had a binge where I saw two providers per day for four days from my favorite agency about two years ago). A good agency will recruit and screen their ladies for specific performance standards, so there usually is consistency throughout the providers regarding service. I won't use the McDonalds analogy on this point, but I will use the Morton's - you know you will get a good steak, but there all a little different in each restaurant. (whereas with an indy, you have a great chance of discovering that great one-of-a-kind restaurant that you will always cherish) Finally, an agency has a complaint option that an indy does not. You may not get anywhere, but at least you can complain and maybe get some satisfaction.
An Indy can become that wonderful, warm and comfortable relationship that keeps you grounded and happy again and again. You are dealing with her, and only her, and your satisfaction, comfort level, and overall good experience can grow with time. Whereas an agency will have a more transient provider base, indy's are typically more stable and in it for the long run. They are usually very smart and have to be rock steady to make it on their own, and they are capable of rocking your world on a consistent basis. Most of the ladies you encounter here on TER are indy's simply because the agency ladies do not get involved in this aspect of the hobby. So, as you can see from these ladies, the indy's that you will see are capable, hot, loving women.
Agencies will give you, typically and generally, (I know there are exceptions) a good, solid, and varied selection that are capable of giving you a good time, while with an indy, you are dealing with an artist who is typically capable of lifting your experience to new heights of satisfaction and pleasure.

...there are advantages and drawbacks to both. I see both, enjoy both and always have. The one thing you need to remember is that a well reviewed lady is a well reviewed lady regardless of weather she is indie or prefers to book through an agency.
