Court TV? I find myself obsessed w/the Scott Peterson/ Laci Peterson/Amber Frey court case. I've always been a nerd for Discovery Channel,A&E, Americas Most Wanted,All the unsolved murder case shows and Forensic Science shows, but now I find myself into a new addiction....Court TV...and I love Dr. Henry Lee's show.
Anyone else into these shows? Am I the only one?
I heard a rumour that Amber Frey had reviews on the Redbook up North, can anyone confirm this? It wasn't brought up in cross-examination, she is labled a legitimate massage therapist.
Also, for a capitol murder case can Scott Peterson be convicted on circumstancial evidence? I mean this is a Capitol Murder case....there's no smoking gun per say....
I myself believe he is guilty, but believeing it and proving it are two different things....
anyone else have any input to shed light on this?
Thanks!

Circumstantial evidence is typically better than eye-witness testimony.  Eye-witnesses often confuse observations or are wrong on a point which then casts doubt on the rest of what they have to say.
