Have made the choice to do this.....Freely?......
Is there anything "we" as hobbyist can do.....to help make your profession......respectable......and to also insure your safety.....................Thank You.

I don't think you will find any exploited ladies posting here on TER. To be sure there are women involved in the profession against their will or  who are being exploited by disreputable business partners but the ladies I have encountered here on TER all appear to be securely in control of their own destinies.

Some agencies force girls to work longer shifts or more days than they might want to. How can you tell?  In many cases you can't but if the service is poor or she seems rushed it is a good indicator that she is working too much.  This also happens in some AMP situations and of course with street walkers as well.  Honestly the signs are there if we want to see them. Many of us don't care as the prime directive is to get off without much concern for the provider.

Of course not all situations involving a woman working for an agency or an AMP automatically involve exploitation.  There are many legitimate agencies out there and many of them treat their ladies quite well.

It's simply not always easy to tell.  I used an agency near Boston for about a year that was loaded with beautiful Brazilian women. The agency got busted and the owners were convicted, among other things, of human trafficking violations as several of the women were working against their will.

For me, learning to see the signs of manipulation or abuse was part of a process of learning what my preferences were in the hobby.  Over a period of years I realized that I would much rather pay more for a GFE gal and hobby less often than shop for bargains. Once I found some ladies who really did enjoy being with men and pleasing them it became easier to spot the ones who were just going through the motions and also easier to sometimes understand the reasons why.

I just would rather have fun and do this than work at the mall while I am in school. It allows me extra time to study and I'm good.

If there's anything that guys could do to make things better for us, it would be to treat us with the respect that we deserve. We are not all a bunch of drug addicted bimbos.

Speaking only for myself, I came from an environment of "swinging" prior to becoming a provider.  Personally, I love intimacy.  But, am not in a place in my life where I want more from a man...

As hobbyists' the thing you can do is:

1.  Cooperate with the prescreening process.  If you do you research, visit a well-reviewed and respected provider, you can rest assured that your info is safe with her.

2.  Do not request things that are not offered and do not become too specific in your correspondence.

3.  Take the time to learn (from this newbie board and the instruction manual and also the Provider Relations 101 series) about the proper way to contact a provider.

4.  Be considerate.  Confirm the appointment when requested.  Show up on time and with the proper donation.

5.  Shower and brush your teeth before the appointment.  If you do not have time, make sure that you do so at the provider's incall before the appointment.

6.  Be respectful of the provider's time.  If you are having a great time, ask if you can extend.  If the provider has time in her schedule she will certainly accomodate your request.  If not, make another appointment to come back.  Do not overstay your welcome and make it necessary for her to ask you to leave.

7.  Treat her with respect during the appointment.

Where I live, jobs are scarce, and far and few in between with little to no extra schooling.
I got myself out of debt after my divorce, and won't dare go there again.
I also came from a swinging lifestyle, and found out how much I enjoyed it so I started doing this. At this time I don't want my life getting complicated so I don't get into relationships, but miss that close physical contact only a gentleman can provide.
So yah...I do enjoy this very much so. And it shows. ;)

I have to agree with Diana. I love who I am and am so glad to be at this point in my life. I have so many wonderful lovers and who could ask for more. I choice to be with whomever I see and if anything, that poor guy may not have a tongue left when i'm through. oops! Sorry Jazz, can I talk like that or is it tabu ?
