First of all, thanks for the responses so far.  And perhaps I should have said that the providers I'm planning to see advertise that they do doubles *with each other*.  So the chemistry issue is taken care of.

But my concern is about little but important things, such as donations and incall vs. outcall.  I haven't seen any package deals advertised, so I guess I'd simply give each donation separately.  How were your experiences in this case?  What about incall vs. outcall?  Would I pay the incall rate fto both providers, or would I have to pay the outcall rate to the one coming to the other's location?
