Im brand new to TER and to Calif in general
Where I come from (DC) I saw alot of agency girls, which whas hit and a lotta miss!
The girls here with pro-looking websites, elaborate screening, etc maybe I am a tad intimidated!!
I can afford the rates, don't get me wrong,. But being from out of state, with only out of state references am I gonna get any play with any qualitty independents or should I just head back to the agency games??
If the agencies you visited are well established in DC (not cl types) and don't mind giving you a reference, I doubt you'd have a problem seeing an indy in CA.
a good reference is a good reference no matter what part of the country its from.
