The Skins may not be an elite team (yet lol) but if they can beat the Giants this week

...given how weak this division is they can end up with a pretty good record and actually take the division - at least that's what I'd love to see.

..could the Redskins actually win the division?   Starting to look that way with the Cowboys falling apart.

Pope is coming to the rescue,,,, the Eagles be saved from a losing season. I predict backup QB will take over the team going to playoffs after Bradford's injury in the next game. Look at the Rams winning the SB in the 1999-2000 season after the Pope's Divine Blessings.

although none of the teams will be worthy of being called a division champion.

to too much sports radio.

2nd game of the season and it's all over?

Eagles have too many talented players to suck (unlike, for ex., the Saints who are just dreadful and lacking players)

Cowboys falling apart? I'm interested to see what Hardy, Gregory and McClain will add to the defense when they get back. Sean Lee is a baller.

Redskins win division?  they got 2 good RB's and are going back to a better run game with Callahan. ( btw, their fans are so giddy after 1 win it's obvious how long they have sucked.)

Giants offense should improve when Cruz gets back. Not sure about defense. don't have the players.

Gotta wait until at least half way to make any judgements on ANY team.

He did well with who he inherited but how he has no one to blame but himself.  I know it's only two game in but I've seen enough football to know when a team is lost.  There is no spark to this team, and likely not enough talent even if there was.  Kelly is too controversial, and his moves seem to have alienated many of his players. Not good.

As for the others, sure, let's talk after 8 games, but I think you would be well served to recognize that people are capable of forming their own opinions without the benefit of the media. I like to put myself in that category and it sounds like you have.   I am sure I watch ESPN and listen to sports radio far less than you do as I rarely do.  But here is what I do know:

I know someone on the Giants so I have a pretty good idea of what's going on there. Not good.

The Cowboys looked great on paper but now they are without their three top offensive players from last year.  I don't need ESPN to tell me what that means.

As for the Eagles, see above.

And I have seen the Redskins forever, both in training camp and over the course of the season, and when they stink I sure don't hide my opinion.  And 'they stink' has been my opinion for many recent years.  But it's not this year. They have a solid defense and a ball control offense.  If the QB can avoid mistakes and their RBs ad line remain healthy, they will be a steady team that could well go 10-6 or even better... or 6-10 or worse. I guess we'll see.

which is what you're doing. sure you can take a guess just like anyone can capt obvious.Go ahead and try to predict the whole season for each team. let me know how you do by season end.

chip kelly won the first two seasons. yes, with other players but those players were together a few years before he came. gotta wait until end of this season to judge his changes.

Giants seem lost and it's clear TC is at the end of his coaching career.

Yes we will see about Skins. i'm not a fan though. They MIGHT have hit rock bottom and finally realized they're sick of being sick and tired of losing.  The offense at least has a definite starting QB which is what a team needs.

This is what Cowboys have had with Romo. i want to see their DEFENSE  turn the corner after 3rd yr with Rod M.
