Would somebody know if a LE would set up a sting operation with typical provider’s ad which is very explicit that would offer sex for money?
If they can and if you respond to such an ad, make an appointment without discussing anything about sex for money, show up on their in call location, do you think LE would have established your intent and can arrest you?

legal corner is the place to get the correct answer, but in my opinion...doesn't that sound like a set up to you? Why would you even get that far as to show up.
1.Read the ad
2.research the lady
3.only if your research shows she is well reviewed do you research who reviewed her and their reviews.
4, Only if #1~3 have all come up good, do you call.
5. she screens you and only if you come up good do you set an appt.
If you follow #1~5 you will never be where you described.
It's really quite simple but you have to let your big head do the research.
Theres a lot of sweet ass out there if the one you "just have to have" doesn't check out well...keep looking .

A lot of good advise here already... I would avoid. Sounds like a newbie provider since doing as you described is not discrete... and this is an area where one must always be discrete. This would draw unwanted attention, and complints to LE.
Take the time to read a page or 2 of each board. You'll learn the normal proceedure which is followed for mutual safety. Someone who is not discrete puts you both at risk.

somebody with such a site is not very saavy about the hobby; most expereinced providers only advertise services such as companionship and disclaim any sexual promises - There is nothing illegal about paying a woman to be attractively dressed and make-out with you.
That's why you check reviews or take your chances.
I would ignore that ad for sure. No legitimate provider does anything like that. Its either LE or a rip-off, robbery setup or worse.
There are way too many lovely ladies on TER to choose from rather than such nonsense as what you describe.
