is that it is kinda funny.  Legally a person can be charged with assault for touching anothers ass.  So to say a cop can play with the pubic area of a dancer even in a club is just plain funny.  Recently in my jurisidiction we had a case were the arresting officer in a similar situation was suspended from the force for that type of behavior.  The women who was my client got a dismissal.
