You are strongly attracted to a 1 review provider. You need that VIP to read the details of that 1 review (sometimes the number score can mislead).
As has been suggested, you need to click on that reviewer and see their other reviews. Is the reviewer for real? You could even PM the reviewer.
Ladies DO NOT CONTROL THEIR TER REVIEWS unlike other sites. It is odd that she only has one older review but maybe she's been not working for some legit reason.
Numerous ads... I presume there are pictures. Does the same picture run over and over? That always makes me suspicious of a stolen picture. Multi picts... Are they the same lady?
You should also work the review / search feature. Search the name only as "ALL CITIES". (she might have been out of town) Search the phone number only. (She might have changed her name.) I would be concerned about rip off & upsell if a name change... a lady's name & her hard earned reputation for being a quality provider is important to them.
IMHO, LE does not carry out extended scams. They could but it's highly unlikely they'd go to that much trouble over a period of time.
I've been at this just over a year & I'm pretty much a newbie. I've seen unreviewed ladies. 3 out of 4 did not deliver as promised. I resent wasting the money & the recreational opportunity. You may feel different. If you take the chance, write a review so we'll know.

I am relatively new to this and am torn. Can the experienced hobbyists help....I am really attracted to an incall provider who posts on Eros-NYC, 3-4 other internet sites (eg. - backpage, cityvibe, sipsap, etc)and has her own personal website. Yet she has only one review on TER dated Sept 2007. I'm a risk averse person and have concerns with LE, being set up, however irrational that may be.
I exchanged a few emails with the provider and after I asked why she only has one review on TER, she never responded back. Prior to that, she did state via email that she lives in an upscale building in a nice paart of Manhattan in NYC and given what has been going on with Spitzer is not really escorting anymore.
Based on the information provided, would you think she is LE; and would you still follow through on making an appointment? (I know there is always risk but adjusting for that disclaimer what would you do)

As a newbie, you should see ladies that are well reviewed, and have good reviews. When you have gained some experience, then you can venture into TOFTT.
Did you check other places to see if she has reviews? There are lots of reasons a lady would not want a review.
Nothing you have said would be a deal killer for me. But, you have to weight the totality and quality of the evidence, which only you have. What I would be most concerned about is her attitude. If she were in NJ, I would be more inclined to TOFTT. However, NYC ladies tend to be quite expensive, and I would want to make sure she is a quality lady before spending that much.

I am actually more concerned with the LE issue than performance, not because I have money to blow but because thats the value I place on being safe of LE risk. ideally, i'd like to develop an ongoing business rapport with few 2-3 providers. this one is perfect in terms of location and appeal based on pics.
its odd to me that the provider has a lot of coverage in terms of many placements in escort sites and has her own website but only 1 TER review. From a LE standpoint, does that strike you as odd? her ads must be on about 7 escort sites. thanks again
Why develop a relationship with someone who is only a 5 in performance? That's the risk you are taking. But, it is yours to take.
What you describe is not too uncommon, especially for a new lady. A lady on this board is lamenting about how hard it is to get someone to review her. It is easy to set up ads, which is what you have found. I would think that LE would not go to the expense of setting up such an elaborate scheme. They would more likely bust a lady, and takeover her profile in exchange for leniency.
If she claims to have been around for a few years, and is ok with reviews, then I might wonder. I've seen ladies get lots of reviews here, and scattered reviews other places. The reverse has happened, but not as frequently. It also has to do with popularity of boards for your area. Is the one review from someone who has reviewed a lot of other ladies?
For me it would depend on who the reviewer was. Even without LE concerns, if she only has that one since Sept. and the one reviewer is suspect, I would just move on, at least until you can get some concrete info. on her.
BTW: The fact that her ad is on so many websites is of no concern, actually good. Ladies who have TER reviews are just a portion of who all is out there.

If you were in East Paluka Miss or someplace like that, you may weigh your options and take a chance after sniffing everything out. But NYC?? Find yourself a well reviewed, beautiful, curl your toes provider through the review search template. It might take you about five minutes. Get some experience and then start branching out.
