Women's figure skating, gymnastics, synchronized swimming, softball and sports like those are not for me either. Euro and South American soccer is becoming ever more popular on local paid cable, the upper tier but some the other Euro sports like hurling, field hockey etc still are not.

As someone who will watch just about any sport (with some exceptions; if it involves a horse or the only way to win is via judging - your figure skatings and synchronised swimmings of the world for example - I'm out), I was curious how you guys feel on the subject.

Are you like me, in that generally speaking you'll watch just about anything (for example, I watched the All Ireland hurling final last weekend, those guys are absolutely insane)? Are you just focused on the more popular sports (e.g. football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer)? Are you only interested in just the one particular sport? College or professional, or does it not matter?

Are there any sports that you just cannot stand to watch for whatever reason?

football, basketball, volleyball (girls) and baseball.

I love watching college football and will even watch games I have no routing interest in because it is exciting and the players play with passion and for the love of the game. I watch very little pro football (only if I have a bet on the game) because I don't see the passion there. Basketball I only watch the last ten minutes or so generally unless it is my University team playing playing because that is when the game is almost always decided.

I never watch a baseball game (too slow and boring). I love playing golf but can't stand to watch it on TV - whenever I try I almost always fall asleep. Most other sports I can see all I want to on highlights on ESPN.

Oh and I do like watching some women's sports (volleyball, soccer, and some others) but that is for a whole different reason. :)

Baseball-Los Doyers
NBA- Lakers, but they're a hard watch now
Pro Football- A good match up, example Colts VS. Pats or Green BAY VS Seattle..just need a good match up.
College Basketball- UCLA and then March Madness..
Tennis but only the championship of a major tourney
No Hockey,golf, NASCAR

Soccer did not enjoy the popularity it does now when I was growing up so I don't have any use for it. I understand its popularity from a worldwide standpoint, but I'd rather watch paint dry than watch it. My high school in Kentucky won the state championship my senior year and hardly anyone knew anything about it.

Tennis..the same people always win
Women's NCAA basketball..same reason
Golf..too long and boring

I have a tough time watching boxing or any kind of fighting unless the volume is down
It's too painful to watch/liste

It's so easy and makes even the meaningless game meaningful

i will watch just about anything.

i just can't watch any sport live that requires me to be quiet. lol.
