END OF MESSAGE

I know this does sound funny........

but I try to limit myself from having sex once per month..whether it's providers or not...it could be financial reasons, but I try to leave a 4 week window before my next intercourse.

Just to give about 2~3 weeks window to see if I have symptoms, and another week to do a check up on my body, regardless.

Maybe it's my trivial paranoia due to never having an STD, but also that is the least thing I could do.....

is this being too cautious?

You have to participate as you see fit.  Nothing wrong with minimizing your activity.  I know in my case, I have a budget that I must stay within which allows me to play about every 3 weeks on average.  Sometimes I will see ladies on consecutive weeks but somewhere along the way I have done without in order to do this.  Work schedule sometimes plays a role as well.

Play safe, be a bit cautious, and just go get tested. If for no other reason than you should if you play here but also to relieve your worries.

be yourself and do your own thing in this hobby, then you can't in any lifestyle.  You need to do what you are comfortable with and try not to second guess yourself against what you may think others will do, could do, or want to do.

Be safe, be respectful, be clean, and be able to afford - those are the only real rules, and for everything else, like Chuck Berry said:  "It's a free country, live like you wanna live."

Good luck

hrm. you are right. for a moment as I was writing this, I forgot the attitude and the approach that I had for my life.....

carpe diem.

By all means, be our own person amd do what feels comfortable, BUT also be aware that simply waiting and looking for "observable" symptoms is NO WAY to check yourself for STDs. Many STDs have NO symptoms. For others the "waiting" period can be very long or the symptoms will come and go without much fanfare. Take this to the ultimate extreme. . . If you suspect an HIV infection, are you going to wait years, then when you don't develop full blown Aids, exhale deeply and go PHEWWWW?

You could get married and have the same amount of sex. If you are really lucky, she cooks and cleans too.

Absent that, you might as well pick one lady (provider or civie), and not worry about being the one that infects the lady.

hrm...that could be right...I should try this a few more times and see how it goes....

I'm assuming it is kind of like the first day of school. After a few days, it should be fine.
