Especially if you seeing a non-reviewed provider (big no-no by the way) tipping should only be optional and as Mr. Fisher said, only after a good time has been had.
Be very leery of a girl who seems like tips are/will be required, she probably is aiming to upsell you and you wont have a happy time and you certainly wont leave feeling as if a tip was deserved...lol
You should know that most reliable,well reviewed providers, are all inclusive for the advertised price. There are exceptions if she is open to things like trips to greece,etc. Certainly dont want to disuade you from tipping, but you should only do so out of appriciation for an extra good experiance. Just use your judgement,of course you wouldn't want to offer something so low that it would be an insult,if you choose to ,as Mr Fisher suggested,20% is a good tip.

You will certainly hear a wide range of opinions on that subject here, so I can only say what I do. If it is an indy who is asking for the 'going' rate in her area I really do not feel obligated to tip, especially when most claim to be all inclusive. If it is an agency lady and I know the agency is getting about half, I will tip if I had a nice time.
Particularly for your first experience.
Don't get into the habit of feeling 'obligated' to overpay.
If it's exceptional or you realize that your provider has made a concerted effort to please you or provide additional amenities above and beyond its a nice way of acknowledging her effort-BUT you can only know when it's exceptional after you've had a few experiences under your belt.
