You still have to fill in all the required information, but unfortunately it wont change anything on the ladies profile page. Thats one thing many people would like to see changed, have the profile page for the person who reviewed her come up. We all know there are some girls who have a YMMV service till they get to know someone better.
To your 2nd question, make sure you have the right email and phone, if applicable, and website addy, this should give staff the idea of what ladies profile it goes under.

I'm ready to submit a review for a lady with an existing review history and have a couple of questions.
1. When I enter the Submit Review area all the profile fields are blank and I assume will need to be filled in. I was under the impression however that the first reviewer basically established these? If I were to fill out the complete form would I be inadvertenly, and undesirably, creating a brand new profile which would not include the existing reviews? Is this the responsibility of the "review moderator" to consolidate?
2. In the case of two providers with the same name / same city how would I ensure that my review was placed for the correct lady?
