There are all kinds of forums online with advice.
My advice? Start when you are fertile, manual stimulation for about 20 minutes a day, every day, use a pump i f you can, even just the suction/cupping kits you can buy in Asian markets will help. There are lots of herbs out there that are said to help induce lactation, I think fenugreek is the most popular.
