Did you file a problem report with TER? They will not take any action unless a report is filed. Even at that, it seems unlikely they would remove it unless you have further info about it.
I did contact TER and they told me to contact the reviewer. I did and asked him for more information and never heard back. I also searched my emails and found a string from this HughJohnson. I think now that I may have seen him and I know why he is mad. He had serious performance issues due to medication or a heart condition (don't remember exactly what); evidently, this hurt his ego and he started to complain and grumble. If this is the man I am thinking of, I tried to get out of the session when we met, but he insisted and then proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful.
