I just made an arraingment to me a lady at a nearby hotel.  I have to get the room and call her to let her no what room it is.  I have never met her before and asked her if she was LE.  She said no. Prior to that she brought up the donation not me.

Can I consider my self immune from LE on this one?

No.  LE has no obligation to tell you the truth.

She can mention the fee in conversation with you happens all the time.  Your problem comes when you hand it over for a sexual act and she is LE.  Do yourself a favor and research reviews on the lady BEFORE talking to her.  The one that you are scheduled to meet may be legit or she may not be

She could have sex with you THEN arrest you.  There is no guarantee in this field.  If she is well reviewed then the risk is much more minimal than a person who has never been reviewed, but the risk is still there.

Thanks for the responses,  I guess the bottom line is you will never know unless you have seen them before.  Well I went ahead and decided to meet her.  I got the room and everything was fine.  Then I tried to reschedule for an earlier appt. and she started making excuses as to why she couldnt change the time.  No problem, but she called back and said she could meet me earlier she kept on mentioning the price even changed it.  After I agreed she said she would show up in ten minutes.  I watched out the window and sure enough a sherrifs car pulled into a parking lot across the street and parked facing my hotel room.  I grabbed everthing and left.  Not sure if it was a setup, but didnt want to stick around and find out.
