Im new on the ter and ive met a few gents on this board,unfortunately they all told me that the reviews were rejected...which brings me to my question...
Do you have to have V.I.P membership as a provider,for the the review to be accepted on this board?

The answer to your ABSOLUTELY NO!!! A lady DOES NOT have to be a VIP to be reviewed. Most of the ladies I have reviewed have never heard of this site.
TER offers free "limited" VIP membership to all gals reviewed here. That means that she can only read only her own reviews in full, but enjoys all of the other VIP privileges, including PM.
As Diana said, it is likely the guy's fault that the review wasn't posted, lack of details, description didn't match the rating, citing an inactive link, linking to a review on a competitor cite, etc.
As far as I know TER is the only site that screens reviews. In the past few months, the scrutiny has increased, which could explain your client's experiences.

No, but you need a valid website and TER must be able to ascertain that you are a legitimate provider. Also reviews must contain a certain amount of detailed information. If they do not, they are rejected. Or if they are written over 90 days past the date of the visit.
If your clients are unsure, they should contact TER to find out why the review was rejected!
