As long as you have a working link to either an 'Escort Mall' advertisement or a personal website that a hobbying literary can submit with his review the process will only be a matter of time.
If you need a little push to get you into the minds of the local TER hobbyists you can post a promo' on your 'regional' discussion board along with your website/ad link as long as the TER emblem is displayed on one of the first two pages.
