think we can get a refund on our losses if this class action settlement happens?

ya know.. reminds me when i was a kid. when i found out that milli vanilli was a hoax i was so crushed. my little tween heart broke in two (why i can understand the girls using up all of their parents tissues over that guy leaving one direction). the next morning i was so angry that i pulled all of the tape out of the cassettes. i took the posters off of my wall and ripped them in to tiny pieces. the following week it was announced that all milli vanilli merchandise was able to be returned for a refund. then i was even more angry!!

good thing i keep my losing tickets. ;)

I used to waitress at a restaurant in New York and three years or so after I was no longer there a letter came in the mail about a class action in regards to the company not paying overtime right.
A year later I received a check for a little under $800.
So, there's that.

Of course the lawyers received more, but ..I wouldn't have been able to get the $800ish if it wasn't for them.

Floyd against the ropes in the third round or at the end of the fight when he raised his arms in a display of mock triumph-I'm calling BS on Manny who got his ass kicked-Excuses are the haven of the loser to justify failure-They could fight 20 times and I doubt Manny would come close to winning in even one-Mayweather's too big, too smart and too talented for Manny-Floyd, while a major a hole, is one of the greatest boxers in history-I won a grand on it and it was the easiest money I ever made-Love Manny, he's just not going to beat Floyd-1rob......What will I do with all this money?....out     8-)

The judges scorecards were BS, eventhough pac should've been more aggressive. As for the lawsuit think it will get thrown out.
