In two cases, the photos are indeed real (i.e., not photoshopped).  But are they a fair representation of the provider?  I'm not sure.  In one case, there's some semblance, but not quite there.  In another, the face was hidden (or blurred).  I would like to have the "the photo was blurred" option

The review page requires information on photos.  Many providers have blurred face pictures so it's not clear one can say that the person matched the photo.  Perhaps there should be a menu choice such as, "Yes photo, can't confirm".

There are two questions asked on the review form.
Are the photos real?
Are they a fair representation of the provider?
That would seem to cover your suggestion.

Or, you can simply note descrepancies in the body of the review.  I've found the most common causes of "inaccuracy" in photos to be [1] not recent and [2] tattoos airbrushed out.
