since there were no amp in this community until about 2-3 years ago when this one and another popped up about the same time, I would doubt there was any collusion with LE.  wondering if its a widespread crackdown on amp or isolated thing,  Maybe I could post on MN board.

I have noticed the Panda AMP that popped up in the community here in MN a couple of years ago not too far from me has suddenly closed.  is that the normal time for them to operate in one place? or does anyone know of problems there?

I don't know MN, but in some cities, it's normal to operate until a landlord boots the tenant or there is a LE bust or some other negative event. Some places can operate for years without incident. If you are suspicious that they were previously protected (maybe by cooperating with LE), I ask you to compare them to your local average KMP lifespan.

Rather than cooperating with LE (a negative consideration?), it could just be that they were paying off local LE (a positive consideration?)
