Down to one game and you would have walked with 90k!? Dang ...I would have hedged that bad boy with at least 5k the other way!!!!

I do two teamers, but nothing more.

I have put $300 on two teamers and won a few times last year.
Took the over on both games nfc east final and thanks to a crappy Skins play and Cowboys special teams I had great news when my flight landed!
I had ML Skins Cowboys in Dallas.
ML Cardinals in StL, too.

Actually I put $100 on a three teamer with three dogs. I can't remember the ticket, but it was like +250, +400, +450. I couldn't resist. It didn't even come close.

I had a few other money lines, and a few that lost. Overall, it was a good football season for me. I went a little overboard (thought I lost a ticket and didn't want to wait until it expired for payment) so I doubled up opening game Hawks and the over. That was a great start. Gave some of that back in the Super Bowl. Only bet I won that day was a prop bet, the coin toss!
Hahaha

I sports bet and enjoy it... even more so for Football and College football.

Was just curious who here has done multi-team parlays... and what was the most you got right?

For me, as far as winning... I won on a few 6 team bets. Once I had 11 of 12 right and the one I got wrong was only by 2 pts (College Football). Missed out on almost 90k on that (off a 10? or 20? bet, I don't recall). I don't think I ever yelled as loud as I did at the tv that day and it was the last game. What a downer.

For everyone who knows me though, I'm a Money Line guy, although I have learned more about 1st half and spread bets over the last year.

Parlays can be pretty frustrating when you're that close to winning 90k and one team fucks it all up.

I thought I had it for sure and was already spending the money in my head. I tend to do over and unders the majority of the time.

I am a big sports nut and it just added to the excitement.

One was in hockey, a sport I know little about, but have done very well betting on over the last few years, mainly by betting parlays with high scoring teams, giving the puck line and hooking them up with the over on the same game.

About three years ago however I was bored and decided to make kind of a "sucker bet" There were five early hockey games that day, I took the puck line on all three, hooked them all up in a round robin by threes and hoped that if three of the bets covered I would make a small profit. Well all five teams won in a blow out and my little round robin paid over $15,000, if I done them by fours it would have paid around $75,000 or if I had done a straight five team parlay for the $750 that I had at risk on the bet, it would have paid well into six digits, but I don't see myself ever making 5 team, straight parlays for $750. Nope, not me. lol

I got a big kick out of my bookie's reaction the next day, he asked "what the fuck do you know about hockey?" to which I replied, "not a fucking thing, I'd rather be lucky than good" lol

I still like parlays better, no round robins... can bet cheap and if win, make out REAL nice. I wouldn't bet 750$ on more than a 3 team parlay though.

Dang, I'd be wishing I had won six figures lol.
Lucky man

One day I was drunk (big surprise) and trying to think of new ways to bet on baseball besides my usual method of betting two team parlays laying the run line and hooking it up with the over.

A buddy and I came up with concept of doing a round robin if you will of six team parlays. The strategy we came up with was to pick six games that we liked both the game and the total to go over. We then did a round robin of sorts by three, but each three teamer was actually a six teamer as it was really a round robin of two team parlays. We figured that as we could do this as ten bets at $50 a piece it would only be a $500 total bet that even if only one of the six teamers came in would still pay $3,500 and of course if all of them came in it would pay tens of thousand with only $500 at risk.

The one problem of course was that my drunk math had calculated ten bets where in fact it was twenty bets to cover all the possibilities in our little round robin of parlays, and obviously this had to be entered manually as I don't think there are too many other drunk fuckers putting in a bunch of $50 six team parlays, but as I said, I was drunk and put the bet(s) in anyhow and hoped for the best.

Thanks to pure drunk luck, all six of my teams won and covered, and four of the games covered the over as well, and just like your eleven out of twelve days I was only one and a half runs from going a perfect 12 out of 12 in my picks.

To make a long story short, I did cash 4 of my six team parlays and every one of them paid well over $3,000 a piece, I think my total win on the bet(s) was a little over $13,000, which with only two more total runs would have been well over $70,000, but all in all it was a pretty good day for a pretty dumb bet.

Oh yeah, I went back in and reevaluated my strategy on the bet, and came to the conclusion that with a thousand dollars at risk, I would have to hit at least two parlays a week to keep my head above water betting this way and that in short, it was a REALLY, REALLY dumb bet that most likely would cost me a thousand dollars every day for weeks between actually cashing a ticket and it was the last time I ever tried something that dumb again. But I did enjoy winning the thirteen grand. lol

Sounds like an interesting night and worked out well for you.
