I've had a couple fumbling experiences before. Mostly impulsive in towns I was visiting alone. But I've never done the escort thing. And I have two questions:
When a provider quotes an hourly rate, does that include everything that would be done in said hour? Or is the hourly rate a base rate upon which service-based fees are added?
Obviously, if you take her out to dinner, that's extra. And when you tip her (see question 2), that's extra, but I'm talking just the hour or two you'll be engaging in whatever services the provider provides.
Question 2: What is an appropriate tip? Is it percentage based or just a subjective, performance/chemistry-based call on the hobbyist's part?

a quality provider should be all inclusive, except a few do charge extra for PSE experience (esp. anal: do a search on this to see the differences and why some do charge extra) but that should be explicit in their rates advertising. Anything else is upsell and the mark of low class behavior (IMO). Read the reviews thoroughly to see if any of the providers you were considering tried to engage in upsell.
As for tips, that's a personal decision. Some refuse to ever tip at all, some only when its was a knockout experience, others automatically tip up front included in the envelope. Some make a distinction between tipping agency vs indy gal (the views go in both directions) although I don't personally think that should be a consideration. Some also tip in gifts based on the lady's website suggestions, rather than cash. Upshot is, there is no standard on tipping.
