GFE means Girl Friend Experience - as opposed to non-personal and clinical, like you would normally get from a street walker. Some providers may charge more for GFE for it for it may be cause for emotional attachment.
Full service usually means everything beyond massage and hand jobs - penetration, oral sex, sometimes anal, etc.

There is no definitive definition of GFE because it means different things to different people. TER's profile fields try to capture what is important to most by identifying kissing with or without tongue, bbbj, cim, anal, etc. Search for what you like in the area in which you live.
