TER is a great place to look for women with big boobs.  Try searching the reviews.  Become a VIP, so you can see a the details.

HOWEVER, the Newbie Board is not a place to ask for recommendations of who you should see!!!  This is a national board (actually international, as the moderator, your truly, lives in the UK).  All of us veterans probably know many big chested gals who we could recommend:  Mindy in NY, Lindy in LA, Sindy in Chicago, etc...  Of course if you don't live in, or won't be visiting those cities, what good will it do you???

This is why ISO (in search of), and recommendation posts are not allowed on this board.  Please post them on the appropriate regional board, where you are more likely to receive useful and accurate information.
