Unfortunately, there are few couple, or female reviews of providers, and I don't know of any combination of searchable fields to isolate them!
1) As Sola says, look for really bi. Also look for "will bring a second provider". A lot of profiles say "really bi", but how do you know unless you witness it? Try searching the reviews for "and" (ignore all the Candy's, Sandy's, Mandy's, Randy's, etc) and "&". This should bring up most of the reviews of duo sessions. This will give you an indication of gals who do FMF.
2) Sola's tip to let the female do the choosing is a good a good one, and taking the lead. I am a lifelong bachelor, so I've never been in your position, however, I've read more than my share of posts, and provider ads. I know of providers who will want to talk to the lady of the pair on the phone, and sometimes over coffee in person, just to establish that all of the potential participants want the encounter, and to set any ground rules.
3) You posted under an alias, which means you are a VIP, and can receive PM's. That makes it impossible for anyone with private info to contact you.

I am lucky. My wife wants a female friend to join us. Are there ladies out there that specialize in ladies and couples? Has anyone had a similar experience?
Try a search of your city for the "really bi" field, then enjoy looking at websites together. Those of us who love working with couples usually mention it on our website. Another option is to ISO on your local board.
A word of advice, let your wife take the lead in picking the lady! Also, if you've never played with someone together, make sure to have a good detailed conversation about what is ok or not in your time. It helps to have a code word that means you need a sidebar from the action to talk, or even just an agreement that you will sidebar at ANY time if needed in the event of unexpected discomfort with the situation.
