Most of the ladies who post on the regional boards can help you.  You should try searching in your area with the "search reviews" template.  There is a field that says "will bring a second provider, yes - really bi" If you search with that, you should turn up some reviewed ladies in your area.  Buy a VIP and read the reviews to see who you may be compatible with and either send her a PM or contact her through her website.

Writing a review afterward would be something I'd love to read, but probably isn't a good idea for the purposes of TER.  Look a few posts below.

I believe that for your needs, the right independent provider will be able to offer you the most comfortable, understanding, and un-rushed experience.

You should definitely invest in VIP status, which will allow you to thoroughly check TER reviews (as DixieChicken advises above). It is a very small price for an invaluable resource.

Regardless of whether you choose an independent or agency provider, be sure to check her reviews! By finding a provider with several (4+) reviews written by reviewers who have themselves written more than a few reviews (4+), you will gain a very good understanding of who you are planning to visit with, and what she offers.

I have no doubt that you will find several gorgeous providers, who are really bi, and will offer you a fabulous time. Your TER regional board would be a perfect place to start (and you'll likely recognize some bodies from Eros).

First, while you may find the occasional review written by a woman, it's relatively unusual.  

Most paid companions tend towards the feminine side of things, so I don't imagine that will be difficult.  That becomes more of an issue when looking for a girl to play with in lesbian circles.

I think you'd defiantly want to go with an independent.  You are more likely to have a personal, un-rushed, intimate experience with a lady this way.  Some women love to see ladies and are truly bi-sexual, some ladies might simply say they are, and others will not be interested.  I would mention when you are making contact that it's really important to you to find a lady who truly likes women or something to that effect.  Also, consider planning a longer date - go out for a drink first or have dinner, plan on spending relaxed time together just to get comfortable and talk.

What will probably be the biggest challenge for you is convincing the lady you contact that you are legitimate. Unfortunately we are contacted frequently by weirdos and whackos asking us everything under the sun and pretending to be what they aren't just to get a response out of us, or engage in a little fantasy fulfillment.

Just about every escort here has been contacted by a man who claims to want to book an overnight appointment, but requests that we mail him a pair of dirty panties first so that he can tell if he would feel comfortable. Then there is a man who does a fairly good imitation of a woman's voice who has called many escorts pretending to ask about a session, and wanting to know if the lady is willing to wrestle her(him).

Unfortuately, it is likely that your first attempts at contacting a lady will be met with skepticism because it is not typical, and you may have to try several times before you are successful in having your first experience. While I have yet to have a lady review me (I've never asked, actually), I entertain a modest number of female admirers in the hobby who like the attention of another woman, but for whatever reason need to remain unattached. I'm sure there are many other providers on the board with similar situations, so it never hurts to ask!

I am at a loss to give advice here.  All of the women I have met in the hobby are bi, and would probably love to meet you for a one-on-one.  FWIW, I would suggest an independent, and to be diligent in searching out what you are seeking...be leary of Eros and CL.  Tailor your search here towards F/F encounters...I've never tried, but if you have VIP, you should be able to find a few candidates.  Pics on most websites are fairly accurate if reviews cross check.  Beat of luck to you!
