There are literally thousands of escort indexes out there, but reliable information is rare, and you won't find anything like TER!!!
1) Use TER. Search the reviews leaving everything blank, except the location field. Enter the city, or country you are visiting, you will likely get a few hits.
2) I won't post links, as these are rival escort review/discussion sites, but you should be able to google them without difficulty. Captain69 is the closest thing you will find to TER outside of the US. However there is no free membership option. You have to pay about $16 per month (a recurring charge on your card) to view their 20 thousand reviews. Punterlink is free, and has many useful links, and many not so useful.
