Take back the last comment which rushed to judgement. News accounts state that he was busted in a decent hotel in downtown DC. Cops said he used a computer to commit the crime? WTF? Was this a BP sting or was LE able to infiltrate TER or P411? Really would like to know.
There hasn't been a CL sting in years, ever since CL bowed to the pressure from the PC police and stopped accepting ads from hookers.

The report said that Anthony was suspected of using a computer as part of the crime and that his arrest was part of an undercover operation targeting prostituion.

He did not use good judgment, as a millionaire he should already have access to the hottest escorts available... no reason he should be calling sting ads, not to mention places like CR, Colombia, Brazil, and the Philippines where it's legal. Hopefully he learns from his mistakes and is given another chance

As for only hobbying "out of the country" it's hard to control when you "have the urge", but for a guy with as much to lose as him, you would have thought he would be a bit smarter about how he went about it.
I agree and hope with you that he is allowed to do the "apology circuit" go through some kind of stupid "awareness therapy" or some such load of crap, and then get his job back, but I am not optimistic. Not in this PC environment we live in, and not when sports are fighting a public relations battle of their own where it comes to perceived "bad behavior" especially against women, and seeing hookers is definitely perceived that way by the public. They have not reached critical mass, ie they need job to make ends meet and save for retirement. Some have government jobs or jobs in financial industry or jobs that requiring licensing (lawyers, doctors) that can be revoked. I know people who had job offers revoked after the hiring company found out they were involved in prostitution.

He openly was against Obama in the 2008 election. I am sure they had intel that he was into the hobby and set up a dragnet to catch him. Remember prostitution laws are used to go after political enemies.
They tipped off the press pretty fast. What we don't know if a provider was flipped that he saw before. Or a provider got busted and mentioned that he was into the hobby. Even with guys who are not famous the providers talk about us among LE and other providers.
In the video on news channel 7 dc (wjla), they made the point to indicate that LE set up the sting pretty fast. They left the impression that right after they set up the hotel for incall sting he was arrested pretty fast. It is almost like he answered an ad an they had to get to the hotel pretty fast. Maybe the professional hobbyists could tell it was a fake/sting ad and they avoid it. Then finally bingo they get some bait. If you notice the sting happened on the beginning of Holiday weekend.
I think it more of the fact that he picked the wrong hotel to stay in, as from what I read it was the case that the police had a good enough number of people complaining about the comings and goings of different women in the area at different hotels. What Greg Anthony needs to do is come out and say that he has a addiction problem and will seek out the best treatment to cure himself.
