Why you are arrested for escorting without a license but its almost IMPOSSIBLE to obtain an escort license and most of these Po-dunk places don't offer one? Also isn't sex for money prostitution, rather than escorting without a license? This state is ridiculous. Yuck
Because it is easier to make an arrest for escorting without a license(which is impossible to obtain), than for a prostitution charge. For escorting without a license, all the lady has to do is show up/have guy show up and open the door, and it is an instant ticket. For prostitution, LE has to try to get the lady to say or do something illegal before the arrest can be made....and the ticket for escorting without a license is more than a prostitution ticket.

It is frustrating when LE bother's escorts, we aren't hurting anybody. However, the ladies I know are drug free, go to get check-ups regularly, and aren't involved in robberies....So I found the Captain's remarks super funny.
