lots of postings about staying away from Craigs list...there is a Milf on there that looks great. opinions? and second question, the agency ladies seem to go for anywhere from 300 to a 1000 I'm not poor but that could get pricey after awhile advice?

as you've said, you've already seen lots of posts regarding CL, so would anything differ because you found a nice pic (real or not) of someone there? I doubt any of the previous posts said to stay away from CL because they only have ugly pics up.

Although yes, CL is believed by many here to be a hot-bed of "bad things" (LE, Bait-n-switch, NC/NS, etc.), what really matters is her reviews.
If a provider is well reviewed (meaning she has a handful of reviews by reviewers who themselves have written multiple reviews), then you're much more likely to have a great experience. The number of these reviews varies between 3 to 6 or 7, so I go with 4-5 on average. The point is that these reviews, when considered together, give you a good understanding of the situation.
Having VIP was a wise choice. Use it! Search the reviews (use the advanced search feature), and find the lady on CL you are looking at. If she has many TER reviews, and you like what you read, you are in great shape.
If she has no reviews - move on and find someone who does. If you need any specific assistance, visit your regional board.
Repeat after me: Stay the f*ck away from CL.
Now, since you have VIP, search your city here plugging in the search criteria you really care about and read some reviews of the ladies who appeal to you.
Make you selection, send her a nice e-mail asking for a date on Wednesday at noon (or whenever) for an hour.
You may need to join a referal service like Preferred411, date check or RS2000 until you get some references. Some ladies will accept work info (they will call as if you are applying for a loan--Does John Doe work there?).

You say you see the agency ladies rates at 300 to 1000 and feel you could go broke with those rates. You very well could. The search feature has rate settings in it. You can search for providers within your monetary budget so you don't move to the poor house.
The key is reviews, good reviews within your budget is what you want and that is found using the search feature on the review page.

There are plenty of us Indies who have the same prices as the agency ladies. Wouldn't you want the lady you spend time with to have ALL your $$$ instead of a portion? JMHO
OH...CL...a LOT of stolen pics out there. Mine were taken once. ONCE! But if you do your homework on the ladies there, you just might find that diamond in the ruff.
