I realize your post is from over a month ago, but my God its still slow. I am relocating pretty soon so just counting down the days, but any idea why its so slow? Its almost like business is nonexistent here. Even when I get responses, there's  a lack of follow up out here.  

I been here myself for 5 years, whether or not I overextended my welcome is debatable, but with all the supposed new people moving in, I have to wonder why there isn't anything more going on.
