do love NFL football...though betting on games has never really been a strong suit. I'm not a religious man, but I do believe in the Football Gods.. I've watched enough games over the many years to realize no one knows what the heck is going to happen. It's why Vegas sports books are built on NFL wagering. As they say, a weekly crapshoot.

So, may the Football Gods shine brightly on the Black and Gold (if I say it enough times, perhaps it will come true!

and hopefully talked you out of laying the points on last nights and Denver's game.

I will have to admit, Saturday was rough, I made enough back on NFL but sometimes tequila and football don't mix, I lost every NCAA evening game on Saturday that I put in right before passing out. I woke up around midnight and found that I had gone from a few grand up for the days to SEVERAL grand down. Oh well, that's why they call it gambling.

I did not take your advice not to bet Denver, when I think of all the money Peyton Manning has cost me these last two weeks it makes me what to cry lol, thankfully Drew Brees hit a miracle pass before half time to get me the 1st half backdoor cover, and saved what would have been a disaster week for me.

Had I listened to you on both those games I'd be up this week, but I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on the Ravens.. for some strange reason I just don't like Joe Flacco.

And my friend you have to stay focus mixing alcohol with football bets, bad combination. We need to make a pack you will stay sober on Football days Saturdays and Sundays, and I'll give up betting on huge money line favorites.. aw hell who am I fooling we will never be able to keep our end of the bargain lol.

Oh and Happy Thanksgiving eats lots of turkey and bang many chicas this wee

Two years ago, right at the beginning of football season, I drank a shot of tequila before the early games on Saturday, "for luck" at what was a little before 10AM local time (I was in Costa Rica, which during Daylight Savings Time is two hours behind ET) I won five grand that day, and I did the same thing every Saturday that entire year, and for 8 weeks in a row I won at least five grand every Saturday. Booze and gambling most definitely DO mix. lol

The problem I do have is keeping my focus after 10-15 shots of tequila when betting many games at the same time. I have two different bookies that I use that have two different betting lines, so I shop my action between the two bookies which is an easy thing to do when betting only a couple of games, but can become a bit problematic when placing twenty bets in a 30-45 minute period of time like I routinely do when the 3:30 games and the 7-8PM games come on. It's much easier when I have two desk tops with two monitors to keep track of what I am doing, it's quite another to juggle them on a lap top or tablet, and I don't even try with my smart phone. lol

lol heck I'd should've tried your tequila shot ritual on Sunday.

With that kind of a winning streak, I can't say that I blame you for not giving up your routine, and speaking of Costa Rica, I'm upset I didn't make it back this year I bet the weather and chica's are both lovely!

The Cincinnati Bengals are just pathetic could not even cover a field goal at the half.

Even though I did not meet my goal of making 10k for the year, the football gods shined upon me with 4.5K and I will walk away peacefully until the playoffs maybe super bowl.
