When a Escort has a price listed per hour, is this all inclusive, or do I have to negotiate for other things other then her just showing up?
What is the average tip?
Is Craigslist any good, or stick with Eros?

However, to save a little time,
1. 90% of the time, the listed prices is all inclusive unless you are looking for something special like Greek or Fetish. When it is not, it is usually considered upselling, which is bad. If you stick to well reviewed providers, you should not have a problem because upsellers don't have good reviews.
2. Tipping is actually covered on a thread a few down from here and the thoughts are so diverse that you should look at the thread rather than having me or anyone answer individually.
3. Craigslist is not usually good in large metro areas, but may be the only thing around in smaller areas. If you can avoid it, do so. Eros is OK, but providers from both should definitely be cross referenced to TER. I prefer to start with TER, but others disagree.

All inclusive: It depends. For most ladies with good reviews, it tends to be all-inclusive (except for greek, and such). That is part of them earning the good reviews (how can you forget it is a service if she keeps upselling).
Ladies without reviews, it is all part of TOFTT. Visit the lady and see what happens.
Criaglist or Eros? How about option 3: TER, and other boards. Search around and find out if there is a local board. Ask the local ladies you see, they should know. I live in a big city, and avoid CL like the plague. Too much LE and scammers there. Once a lady establishes herself, she usually finds her way to the local board.
I think you can use whatever (CL, p411, eros, etc) to find a lady, but the trick is to always then check her reviews on TER! No reviews = bad idea for a Newbie.
Also, you can get VIP access which will make all the TER reviews complete (highly recommended). Definitely worth the investment!
I highly suggest you take some time to search these boards (all your questions have already been raised by many in the past). As you do this you will realize that TER is an obviously superior site to hobby from.

Newbies and Craigs List don't mix. Stay Away! Too much BS and LE to be safe until you get some years under your belt and develop good BS radar. Eros, Cityvibe, ASPD and other sites and boards are useful tools but you really want to try and cross-reference any lady you are interested in back to TER reviews.
All-inclusive? If you read reviews you won't have to worry about this. To an extent this depends on where and how you hobby. Most indie girls are all inclusive though they may have tiered pricing or require an additional donation for a specific act.
Some agencies in some parts of the country are notorious rip-offs in this regard. Again find reviewed ladies and this will not be an issue.
Tipping is not required but always appreciated. If you are going to tip don't do it ahead of time, you may regret it. There are several threads on this topic.
Just adding to the link some info about reviews. I'm new and like the spinner / thin Providers. Everyone has their own tastes and you need to review the reviews. Use the VIP and don't just go from the Providers link to TER. I found lower ratings after I saw the provider and I agree with them, not the 8/9 TER reviews that were posted on her site. Also the picks were at least 4 years old evenb though the reviews said photo match.

First, might I suggest you get your VIP.
Second, Do your research. Find a lady you think you will like, check to see if she has TER reviews, if she does, check them and make sure she offers the services you are looking for. You may also want to post on your local board asking for endorsements or warnings about her.
Third, Listen to what the reviews and local "experts" have to say. If she is bad most of the time, chances are she will be bad with you...you are not that lucky!...lol
Fourth, join a verification site like Date-Check.com or preferred411.com if you think verification is going to be a problem, and also to find more ladies who are at least verified as providers.

If your lucky, or make your own luck by reading reviews to ensure that you'll get what you expect, you should not have to negotiate for anything. Maybe greek and other non-basics not advertised. You will get ripped if you start paying for extras,read some ripoff reviews to see this point.
CL and Eros are very suspect unless the girl has good reviews. Many reviews found in the rip off and 2-4 range are ads that are CL and Eros in origin..
read the entire reviews and not just look at the pictures. Do not see a lady who does not have at least 4 or 5 reviews from established reviewers (guys with multiple reviews over time). Otherwise, don't complain about the quality of service you receive.
The $20 you pay for VIP will be repaid with much better experiences.
