Many of your questions will be answered in the newbie manual.  The link is at the top of this discussion forum (see Acronyms, and newbies' Manual ).  It will also provide information to things you should know but haven't asked.  Read it immediately, THEN ask for clarification here. People will be happy to help.

Using the search feature will lead to answers for many of your questions as well.

Briefly,

1.  Outcall means she travels to your location.  If it's a hotel then you are paying.  Incall means you travel to her location and she will be paying the costs of the hotel or apt.

2. It is debated back and forth.  There is a thread on it a few threads down from here.  Use the search feature to see more.

3. Newbie manual and search feature will get you plenty of discussion.  Virgin Mobile seems popular.

4.  The lady will provide these.

5.  Amount of time.

These answers are valid for quality ladies.  A ripoff may well try and get you to pay for the hotel, condoms, and MSOG.  Hence we have reviews to stay away from those people.

1) Incall vs Outcall:  Who pays for the hotel costs in each situation?
2) Should you tip the provider?
3) Does anyone have any advice on pre-paid cell phones?  I'd like to pay up front, not have it be associated to my name (i.e. no bills to the house) and have that be it
4) Who brings condoms / lube / etc, you or the provider?
5) When a provider is listed as allowing "multiple pops" does that mean that the provider's listed price is per "amount of time" and not "per orgasm?"?

For example:  If the rate is $300 / hr and you get off twice, do you pay $300 or $600?

Help is appreciated --

1.in call she pays, out call you pay.
2.That is up to you, do a search, there are lots of threads with varying opinions on this topic.
3.I never bother with one , but I'm kinda cocky...again, do a search, multiple threads on this topic.
4.She does
5.With any well reviewed ethical lady you are paying for her time.

Thanks for the advice guys.

I didn't see the 'Newbie Guide' until just now.  I will definitely spend some time reading it.

1)Incall - provider pays: Outcall - client pays

2)Tips are personal and totally up to you. Personally I feel the best tip is a return visit.

3)Disposable type phones at stores like Walgreens and the prepaid phone cards that come with them will keep you anonymous.

4)The provider should have all those accessories already. But if you are of a "large" size then you should bring your own condoms to accomodate your girth.

5)$300/hour means exactly that - per hour. If she allows MSOG (multiple shots on goal, or multiple orgasms) then you can get off as many times in that hour. Just be respectful and don't think you can load up on drugs and pound on the lady for a solid 60 mins straight. Providers are human women and as such are a little bit more delicate than the guys are and need to be treated with a little more gentleness.

Good luck, play safe.

and I buy a top up card every 90 days for $20.  I haven't ever used all my minutes in this time frame.  I keep the phone in my office desk when not hobbying.
