In my experience, you pay for the time you want for a massage up front before you see the massuesse. Don't request the longest amount of time, try 30 or 45 minutes, since you probably won't get all that time AND it'll add to your over expense.
You get the massage and at some point after the flip, they will ask what you want next or offer a limited menu. But, you can ask if they don't offer anything, I've rarely had to ask. Full service or whatever service you get is part of the massage time you requested up front.
You then pay the "massuesse" while you are with her and then go from there. So, you make two transactions during your time there.
I have a couple of questions about AMP which provides FS:
1) Massage has time limitation, what about FS?
2) If I'll pay fee for FS(200), am I still supposed to pay massage (40) too?
3) I'd like to get some massage first, then signal the request of FS, is it good practice?

1) You are paying for the combined time of a massage and any other services you might recieve.
2) The massage fee is actually the house fee, which you pay whether or not you recieve extra services. You will always pay this fee in advance of your session. Any extra services that you recieve you'll pay the girl directly and in addition to the house fee.
3) Normally the lady will intiate any extras, Usually you will start off with a table shower, which is worth the price of admission alone, followed by a regular massage, normally followed by a request for an additional donation for whatever extras are on the menu.
If you would like, you can stop the massage and request extras, but normally speaking the lady will initiate any further action.
