This is true..It is better to have someone come to your house..rather that go to a environment that could be set up as a trap..One would think that L/E woul have better things to do with their time..as the oldest profession will always be around.

You would think they would have better things to do like fight real crime, but this is an easy way to generate arrests and convictions and therefor increase money for the city. I think the laws need to be changed. Write your law makers.
