They had one at one point

If a profile has no website in the information, they had one at one point. You have to enter in a verifiable website in order for a review to go through.

If you are trying to put up a ripoff review and the website is no longer there, try to find an ad like in CL or other advertising type site. Also be sure to do a mini report on your local regional board.

I've seen quite a few provider profiles without websites.  Is it possible to post a review of a provider without a URL, or did these profiles have URLs associated with them, at one time?  I only ask because a review I've been trying to post, and a ripoff at that, is being turned down for the lack of a web address.  Should I just delete it, or are there ways to get around the URL requirement?

has an ad on the web anywhere.  Also, search her phone number in the Search Review template on TER to see if she already has a profile under a different name. If you find a web ad through Google, use that for submitting a review.  If she doesn't, and she doesn't have a profile already, you are out of luck because TER requires a web site to link to.

I can only suggest that you then post the info on the local board if you can't do the review.

Don't confuse a bad website for no website.  For a profile to have been started, the provider had to have a website at the time, but it will show up as a "Bad Website" when it no longer works.

Good Luck
