It seems that some providers take a calculated risk....

in listing their menu, probably to try and capture that segment of the  market that wonders if all they will get is a quickie handjob unless they go to the effort of being explicit.

In truth, whether they post these things or not probably makes little difference as to whether or not they'll get busted.

Other providers just don't feel safe posting such things and figure that their reviews will do the talking for them.

I totally get the idea behind being discreet in email contact and when talking to a provider on the phone.

But, I don't quite get ads that are really explicit.

I've seen if a few times, but at the moment I'm thinking about a Los Angeles provider who has a list in her ad like this:

Services Offered:

CBJ (covered blow job)
BBBJ (Bareback blow job)
(CIM) Cum in mouth
and so on ...

and on her rates page lists the prices for these activities.

Am I missing something? Is she not running the risk of being busted? She has plenty of reviews, so I don't think it's a scam.

I don't want to call her out -- like I said, I've seen this stuff in other ads -- it's not this provider I'm asking about.

Any thoughts on this practice?
Would veterans of the hobby stay clear of this provider for any reason?

I'm a newbie myself, but from what I've read, I'm under the impression that disguising the terms (girlfriend experience, 300 kisses, etc) doesn't really provide much of a legal defense.  She may have simply decided that it's not worth the time and potential confusion to thinly veil everything.

This isn't to say that speaking explicitly to her over the phone is a good idea, because that kind of behavior might get you flagged as potential LE.

I am in no way a lawyer; she is merely listing her menu.  You on the other hand, could get arrested for solicitation if you ask about such things.  It is best to wait until you are alone in your hotel room to answer her question of, "Now, what do you like?"

Every provider runs the risk of being busted for an add. Proper screening is what lessens their chances of going downtown. I mean, she's advertising what you can expect so you don't have to ask. Thank her for it. She's taking the guess work out of your decision. Nothing worse than thinking a session is going to go 1 way and it goes in the opposite direction.

If she mentioned all of that AND had great reviews, quite the contrary, I wouldn't avoid her I would be all over her.

I might be a little concerned if she didn't screen or something else stood out, but this sounds like a go!! Sometimes providers do get arrested (be it carelessness or otherwise). That is a risk of this profession and it sucks when it happens, but frankly I had difficulty understanding your stance on that.

They probably list their menu to make it unnecessary to discuss services.  This way you know what you can expect her to do and she doesn't have to hang up on you if you ask, or junk your email with no reply.

As has already been said above, since the legal spectre is already looming overhead, they more than likely figure, why not say it here anyway?  All tha ladies are running the risk of getting busted.  But if you research, see ladies with plenty of reviews, the chances of that happening are greatly diminished.
