So to answer what I think is the question

A BBBJ I think could be considered full service if the one receiving it wanted nothing else, now say if the provider  refused to do anything else that was asked of her and stated that it was the only thing he could have, well then I would have to guess NO he would not be getting full service from her. Hell I would go as far as saying that not only was it not full service but he had been took by a crook.
