Recently, I attempted to schedule an appointment with Ms. Kelly aka Valayah Kelly.

Kelly uses an assistant, Lisa with who I scheduled an appointment. I won't bore you with the details, but the long and short of it is that on 3 seperate instances Lisa had to call me to cancel the appointment.

I submitted a review articulating this, but the review was not posted.

Do you think, these type of reviews should be allowed?  Personally, I think they would help the community by identifying flakes!

What are your thoughts?   If you agree please e-mail TER to change their policy - Thanks!

As evidenced by the numerous threads on the subject, staff is well aware of the problem and the fact that a significant portion of their subscribers would like them to address the issue.
Unfortunately, they appear to have taken a hands off position for reasons that we aren't privy to.

I cannot tell you how many times I have heard some of my gentlemen friends tell me they booked with another lady and she stood them up. I have even had a gentlmen who used me as a reference for a lady call me when she stood him up.

So many guys however, just let ladies abuse them this way and the lady suffers no consequences so she continues to do it.

I have an idea. There should be a private database that allows established reviewers to report a lady's NC/NS's. After a certain number - let's say 3-6 - she is put on a kind of probation with a note on her profile saying she has committed numerous NC/NS offenses. That way, a gentleman can be anonymous, and with the need for multiple reports needed, the lady will likely not be marked unfairly.

I hope ADMIN/SUPPORT reads this.

TER will not create a NC/NS list of any sorts. However; it has long been approved policy that posting such an incident on the respective regional board is a proper recourse.
The problem is that these posts all but disappear when the 'page' turns.

If hobbyists wish to vent and report for the betterment of the community; a standardization of the "subject" line is all that is needed for the current discussion board "search" feature to effectively, chronologically and repeatedly provide a NC/NS list on any and all providers who commonly commit these transgressions.

Copy/paste the following example of a 'subject' line in the appropriate field under the above "search messages" and see what comes up
“ NC/NS Bertha ID=99227 “

If this simple formula of NC/NS, provider's name and ID# is adopted en-mass; a serendipitous chronological list will be created by the search engine by the mere use of the recognizable like characters and the specifics of name and ID#.
