Trust me, in many locales GFE at AMPs is the standard not the exception. I've not only gotten GFE at AMPs, I've even gotten a couple of actual GF's lol

Is the $140 the "house fee" or all inclusive?
I live in Texas and most, not all, but most AMPs here have gone to all inclusive rates where tipping for "services" is no longer required, usually for a set amount of between $160-200 for a "short" hour of about 40 minutes.
So either you are getting hosed for a house fee double what it should be, OR you are getting a very good deal at $140 all inclusive. I wish I could actually answer your actual question, but maybe this will give you some context.

It was 70 for the house and then 140 for the extras.
Lol I got the " under new management" line.
So that's what I am asking, if the extras rate has jumped up?

Even the same girl at different houses might be GFE at the GFE house and non-GFE at the non-GFE house. What were your previous rate expectations for GFE or non-GFE?
Why don't you search Recent Reviews in your new region (Philly? Pitt?) and see what the recent rate - service correlations look like?

So did some research and found that 120-140 is the normal amount.
Even read that some places are now charging a house fee of 80.

First, if you have a good AMP in Portland, Maine, I'd love to hear about it - please PM me. I have a trip coming up and my only experience was less than satisfying.
I travel a bit and so this is compiled over the last couple of years in a number of cities but many trips into Manhattan.
In my experience, there are 2 types of AMPs: one where they are there to provide massage and will often provide a hand job. Those are typically 60 to 80 up front and then the tip is negotiable but ranges from 40 to 80. Sometimes, the girls provide a full service and generally, you need to spend 180 to 200 for that.
The other type has a flat fee and generally, these are only in bigger cities like NYC and SF. For $200 you get a shower, massage, a CBJ and CFS. And there is a new crop ocharging $260 for a full GFE experience. The girls are these places tend to be younger and make no question that they're providing a sensual services.
I was recently in the Atlanta suburbs and the lady wanted 250 for what turned out to be the same experience I got for 200 in NYC - except there was no shower.

I live in PA. Lehigh Valley area. House fees in my area are 60-70. And tip depends on what u are looking for but usually 40 for HJ, 80 for BJ and 100-120 for FS. As you get closer to Philly prices might be slightly higher.

FWIW, Chicago area rates are right in line with Philly.
60-65 house fee, 140 or so to the girl for services. Rates vary. Services vary.
I went back to a place that had been closed down until recently. House was 60, she never requested anything but clearly a tip was expected. I gave 60 more. Services were fully dressed, went quickly into a HE/HJ. She allowed my hand under her shirt but she had a bra on. In my experience, this is the base level AMP for services.
I was hoping for more services & had to dig to put the tip together without overpaying.
Standard here has been 50 house and 150 to the girl for many years. Several AMPs have raised their house fee to 60 in the past couple years. What that has done is reduced the girl's tip to 140, since many monger's are keeping the total at 200.
Anyway for that 200, at most places, that includes a shower or table shower, DFK, BBBJ, DATY, CFS, and a few minutes of massage/rub.

I'm from minnesota. If an AMP is just doing a massage and I'm DIY what would be an appropriate tip for watching me do it? I like being watched.

For many years in the Baltimore, MD, Philly, PA and Atlantic City, NJ areas I mostly paid $60 house and $100 tip for an hour. This included table shower, massage (longer than I liked until I figured out how to move things along), CBJ and CFS. For those few places I encountered that didn't offer FS, the tip for a HJ was $40. Then things began to creep up, as they were asking for $120 tip, and still $60 house. There simply had been no AMP in Delaware that I could find. In recent years that has changed and they are in Delaware now. Rates for FS seemed to be $60 house and $120 tip. Then the quantity greatly increased recently. I hadn't been to any in a good while until lately I went to one that I'd been to earlier. To my surprise house was lowered to $50, and not a thing was said about a tip and I hadn't laid out anything. At the end, I asked, "How much do I owe you?" And was told $100. Well, how about that? And that was after an amazing 1 1/2 hour session. with probably an hour of play!
