Hey guys, I'm headed to vegas in a couple weeks and I'm hoping to have my first experience with and escort, I'm trying to figure out a few things ahead of time so I can have a successful trip.
1. Escort or Brothel? Escort would be nice for the convieniece of not traveling out of the city? Brothel might be better for what you see is what you get? What would you guys do for you first time if you were in Vegas?

For your first time, I would recommend a Brothel. No risk of LE. One less thing for you to worry about.
However, I don't think your fantasy is allowed in the ranches. So, you will need to find and an Independent (I heard you should stay away from the Agencies in LV).
Since it will be your first time seeing a lady, you can't discuss your fantasy prior to the date. So, you will have to do your research to find out which ladies may be accommodating. Since your fantasy is not one that is typically reviewed, I would find a lady that does BBBJ, especially if she CIM.
I also suggest posting on the LV board for recommendations (and whether your fantasy is allowed in the cat houses).
Avoid the agencies and look for a good indie girl on TER. The whole Brothel scene does not appeal to me. Sure it's legal but your chances of LE trouble with a well reviewed TER gal are minimal to say the least. The booby finish should not be a problem for many indie girls but it's never a guarantee. Read the reviews and see if you can find a gal that allows that.

That can be shark infested waters. A huge number of the "independent" ads there are for an agency.
Then do your homework on TER, pick one, and make an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's true. The difference is that so many guys head to LV with starry eyes and the thought that all is legal there (or should I say "here"?). With very few exceptions, like 1, agencies are notoriously bad in Las Vegas. Escort services that are planning on ripping you off are not above telling a lie like "100% independent" to snag the newbie who knows to go with an independent, but doesn't do his homework. Since I know a decent number of the REAL escorts in Las Vegas, I hate to see guys get screwed over in a bad way, when these good ladies work so hard to make their customers happy.
I got ripped off by an escort service in LV once, so I'd never do that again. But, I have been to the Ranches in Pahrump, Nevada several times and it has always been a very pleasant experience. I would recommend everyone do that at least once! There is nothing like taking your 'pick' of 10 different women. But, I seriously doubt that they will go for a finish on their tits.... Bill
I've drenched a couple ranch girls tits in Pahrump, and I didn't even negotiate for it..just a sperm of the moment finish, lol. If that's important to the dude, he should mention it during negotiations to find out if the girl has a problem with it. I think he'll have a better time with an indie in Vegas, but sometimes you need the fallback.
Check out the great guys (Phil for one) on the LV board. They will tell you the same thing that is mentioned here. Avoid agencies in LV! Avoid the girly cards passed out along the strip as well. If you believe in the fairy tales, then call one of these numbers. You my as well throw your money down the sewer.
Better method is to do some research and check out the wonderful ladies reviewed here on TER. If you don't have VIP status, spend the $20; you will be rewarded ten-fold with a better experience.

The brothels are OK, but yes, overpriced and lots of rules. I can recommend specific ladies, but this isn't the place for that...so PM away.
Would suggest reading the LV board posts back a few pages, to get some perspective of the hobbying scene there for the past several weeks/months. The advice to avoid agencies there is universal, and been mentioned on these boards repeatedly for years...best to heed this. Brothels are not legal in LV itself...you will have to drive to them outside the city. As for a Russian finish, read the reviews of candidates you are considering seeing, and see who will accomodate this. Most of the quality ladies will probably not have a problem with this...
