Was that their projection, or was that the line they were quoting?

If they were suggesting laying 17 points, they were a full touchdown off of the actual point spread last night. Not to mention being wrong about the outcome.

That said, I took SC as well. Oh well, the season is early, and that's why they call it gambling.

Fans of the USC Trojans sure are!! First, senior CB Josh Shaw shows up Monday with 2 high ankle sprains, saying he incurred them when he jumped off a 2nd floor balcony to save his 7-year old nephew from drowning in a swimming pool. Everyone, including the drive-by media, hailed him as a hero! Then, on Tuesday, USC began getting phone calls disputing Shaw's version of the story. Today, Shaw admitted that he lied about the entire episode. No word about what actually happened, or why he felt the need to lie. The funniest part about the whole thing was seeing ESPN with egg on their faces! Now, today, RB Anthony Brown has left the team, saying that he doesn't like the way he's being treated, and calling Head Coach Steve Sarkisian a "racist!" And the season is only a day old!! Go Georgia State Panthers!

My Vegas sources were all on South Carolina -17 and they're getting blown out right now 38-14

Now my weekend is shot, I hope the Gamecocks go 0-12...fuck them.

I did not even bother looking at the line as I had no intentions on betting the game... I'm waiting for the NFL...  If the line was 10... they probably figured SC would blow out A&M and bought a TD lol...

Seems like South Carolina screwed a lot of you guys yesterday, usually Steve Spurrier has his boys ready to play... but like you said it's still early in the season.

Hey will pm you next week to see what you like, once I look at the lines for the nfl games. Two or three football brains are better than one.
