George suffered a compound fracture of his lower right leg during a USA Basketball scrimmage in Las Vegas yesterday. Initial indications are that he will miss the entire 2014-15 NBA season, which will just about kill the Indiana Pacers' title hopes.
I saw some guys looking away when epsn showed what happen and there was some repots of grown men crying.
I was watching it live and you couldn't really see what happened in real time. But, after the first and only replay...UGH! Hope it's not a career ender for him because he seems like a really good guy.
