LE cant arrest you for a misdemeanor if they don't actually see the cases.
They can't do anythign to you unless you made a payment by credit cards.
LE might call you or try to contact you but i think this was mentioned before, just ignore them !

Also, if an agency is busted and LE gets information
on you, such as you called or e-mailed, or actually
had a date. What could be the consequences?
Upon how good your lawyer is. A good lawyer can take LE investigatory "facts" and turn them into useless heresay. Even before O.J., there was a case in Texas where a millionaire killed his estranged wife's boyfriend and something like two other people. Left his estranged wife and one other person for dead, but both survived to provide eye witness testimony against him. The guy hired a lead lawyer who I think the press referred to by the moniker of something like "Racehorse Haines". The moral of the story is that although the "facts" seemed to have the guy nailed cold, he walked out a free man, abeit, much less of a millionaire, if that. The guy's lawyers, over the course of the trial, turned the "hard facts" into a big plate of over cooked spaghetti.
So, even if you called and emailed (or both) and the provider and/or agency remembers exactly the time and the events of your session, AND calls can be traced to and from a room that YOU rented to the provider's or agency's phone, a good lawyer would blow so many holes in that evidence during trial that you would more than likely walk out free, to a life of selling roasted peanuts at local shopping malls for the rest of your life.

Thanks...but you make it sound like you can beat any
charges but you are then scared and the rest of your
life is ruined.
Is it really that bad?
That you MOST likely WILL beat any charge if you have enough money. But have another occupation handy because unless you are enormously wealthy, you are going to be broke.
