I was about to inform Grasshopper of the same feature!

There is no safe and secure place for gals to advertise without exposing you to fakes, flakes, rip-offs and LE.  Nothing stops them from using CL, Backpage, CityVibe, Eros, creating their own sites, or even TER.

As a nervous newbie, you need information, for which TER is a great, but not the only source.

That said, unless you are willing to risk TOFT (Take One For the Team), you will want to find a review of her!!! TER is preferred in my opinion, but there are several other sites that can validate her credibility, and reassure you.

Hi im a newbie. I was doing some searches and came across this site backpages.com and I found a provider that Im interested in for my first encounter. Are there such thing as fake ads or LEs trying to rip you off at these sites. or is it a reliable source where most hobbyist and providers commonly use ? If there is such thing as fake ads, is there any signs to look for ?

thanks

newby,

No site is 100% reliable.  Some have more wheat than others, but there's still a lot of chaff to wade through.  You will find good providers advertising on a wide variety of sites including backpages.

Find a number of providers you are interested in and then search for their reviews on TER.  Or better yet just search TER for a provider.  Look at her reviews, look at the reviews done by the hobbyists reviewing her.  You want to visit someone who has enough reviews so that you know the reviews are not fake (5-10 should be fine) and you want to make sure th people reviewing her have other reviews as well.  These two combined should keep you safe.  BTW, the $20 for a 1-month VIP membership is the best investment you'll make for a safe and satisfying experience.

I wouldn't recommend playing the talent scout and visiting unreviewed ladies until you've got several years under your belt.

No matter where they advertise I would not suggest seeing a girl if she doesn't have TER reviews. Aside from that wisdom I find that many reviews in the ripoff sections seem to have very simplistic ads, not many details, short narrative, almost as if they are putting very little effort into their scam. This is not to say detailed ads do not have the risk of being scams.

It seems that any provider that has her own website that is mentioned on the backpage ad,eros ad, etc is usually a safe bet. Thanks just my opinion. Russian roulette as far as taking a chance on unreviewed girls, even if you end up not getting scammed, the concern and stress that I would have before seeing a unreviewed girl would just kinda take away from the experiance, even if it was good.

always check TER before making any purchases

paste into the search template, clear the city to blank on the same template, and hit search.  If the search brings up rip off or bad reviews, you've just been saved some heartache and trouble (say Hallelujah).  You should also search by name, but it sometimes doesn't catch what you need.

TER has a feature called: "Search on TER plug-in" that lets you initiate the search right from her Backpage Ad (works anywhere, including CL), but you only want to download this if you are the only possible one with access to your computer because it will show every time you right click anything.

As has been suggested before, you should back into the provider's web site or Ad through her TER reviews rather than the other way around.  Particularly if you are new at this.  Just start from the "New Reviews" template, using your city for the drop down.  Once you get a feel for the review format and how to look through it, try the Search Reviews feature for specific tastes (always better to check off the "exclude bad website" button.

Good Luck, and only see TER reviewed providers when you go out to play. :-)

All good advice above.  Backpage from what I've seen  usually has less riffraff - IF it's an area which charges for erotic services ads.

And TER reviews are one thing, but you also want a HISTORY of reviews.  That's the main thing that separated LE out.  There's no way to build a multi year review history if you aren't legit.

And on CL and BP - a good number of the ads are "fake" of one sor tor another.  Either bait and switch, or a hijack to a porn or other escort site, or just outright robs.

However a LOT of professional girls advertise on both, but in most cases they have TER reviews, they own their own domain, they have a reputation that's relatively easy to confirm.

If you follow those simple rules it's unlikely you will ever have a problem or a disappointment.

Have fun, play safe.
TS Jamie :-)

After you window shop and check reviews on TER with your VIP membership, you can also PM some of the reviewers to ask a specific question or two about the lady of your choice.

Good luck!
