Usually I see ladies who are well reviewed. But I did a search, and found a lady who interested me. I called and set up an appointment, no screening process. Hours before the session, I looked up her reviews, and something just did not seem right. Then I went on the LA dicussion board, and lo and behold, there was a string about that provider about the suspicious reviews. So I called back and cancelled the appointment. Her name is Cassie Sin.

I am thinking about seeing a little reviewed provider in the Valley. She has only three reviews, and it's the only review that these reviewers have posted. The guys on the LA board thinks it smells fishy. But, she is hot, and I have been thinking about TOFTT. But if I show up, and do not discuss money (just leave it somewhere) or acts at all, am I safe? Will they impound my car? Leave me in jail until I post bail? How much will it run me for a good lawyer? Thanks.

You could be walking into a trap.  The three reviews could be decoys, especially if the people writing them do not have others reviews.  You can try several tactics.  First, check the time spacing on the reviews, were they all done within the same general time period, if so be careful. Second, PM each of the reviewers asking for general information about their meeting with the provider, see whether and how they reply.  Third, do some groundwork with the provider, contact her and see what her verification process is, during the process try to get information on websites that she may maintain and get as much information as you can on her history in the business.  If you do all of the above information should fall out that will allow you to determine whether she is legitimate before you come face to face with her.  Good luck.

do not discuss about sex, just leave the $$$ somewhere when you arrive, and ask her to get naked with you AT THE SAME TIME, and ask to use the rest room, check if someone is there !

If they arrest and book you, you will be released, and Im sure you wont be convicted! but it will show on your arrest record. Better be careful if they bust you again...

Sounds to me like you've already decided that you're going to be arrested. I mean, you're talking about how much time you'll be in jail, etc. Do you really think that you're going to be able to enjoy this date?

As for your questions: Yes, if you show up - even if you don't leave any money (not likely though) you can still be arrested. All it takes is intent. Later on you may or may not be charged with a crime but the cops can arrest you and book you and throw you in jail if they want.

After you break the code ( saying something sex in exchange for $$$ or you ask to cum somewhere, or you ask how many time you can cum, or you ask if she has condom etc ... ) You break the code, they got you on tape or camera, they will open the door and take pictures of you standing or lying naked.
They will search your personal stuffs, your car to find drugs. Don't say anything ! THey will take information from your ID if they found it.
Remember, when you show up, you don't say anything, dont ask for anything ( you remain silence when she tried to talk you into the forbidden codes )Even if you don't break the codes, they wont be able to convict you but they will arrest you, book and fingerprint you. The next time they arrest you again , they will have more evidence.
Because this is not picking up hookers on the street, they won't impound your car, you can ask them to tow it or just leave it at the motel ( if you believe you will be realeased soon )

Usually they only keep you 4-5 hours, then they will realease you. OK this is the trick, first they will ask for bail $$$ ( about 1 G for prostitution case ) this is my 0.02 cents, do not post bail, sign a release form, told them noone is able to bail you. They will finally realease you without bail money. You save $$$ to use on attorny if you're convicted.
They will give you a ticket, or a courtdate, if you're not convicted, no need for lawyer. If you are, get a lawyer, i think about 2K to 3K for a case. He should b able to get it to *disturbing the peace* or tresspassing - some minor ticket...

My advice is to make her naked with you as soon as you get there, and make sure the door is locked, noone hidden inside the closet or in the bathroom. Turn on the TV to make it harder to get you on tape. And if you see somethign wrong, pass it ! better be safe than sorry.

Cops won't be friendly with you, they won't joke , they won't smile, they doesn't look relaxed. They won't hug and won't kiss you.

If she is a well-reviewed lady, then there is no need to worry, still, do not discuss anything ! you get what she provides. Trust the previous reviews ...

I think you meant to write "if you're not charged, no need for a lawyer.

If someone would follow your advice about not posting bail (having no one to post bail) and not signing a release form, how long do you think it will be before they "finally release you without posting bail" as opposed to releasing someone who does post bail?
