Right click on the pic and click on properties, it will tell you the url of the pic.

I'm Donna, my site review hasn't posted yet. You can get more info about me by visiting my website. I'm trying to post a pic with my message but keep getting a error telling me it needs to be jpeg, gif, bmp etc.
Tried to list this url: http://www.flickr.com/photos/23412918@N07/2238183370/  Any help would be appreciated.

Posting photos is easy once you get used to it.  The photo has to be posted on the net somewhere.  Open the page where it resides.  Right-click on the picture you want to post, and select "copy image location".  Then, all you need to do is paste it into the "picture URL" field, deleting everything after gif, or jpg, or bmp.
